ChinSion Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") understands how important personal information is to you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how "CoachTick" (the "App") collects, uses, stores and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with scheduling management, data synchronization and reminder services, the App collects the following information:

• Account information: the account identifiers you provide when registering or logging in (Apple user identifier, email address), your bound phone number, and profile details such as avatar and nickname, used to identify you and keep your account secure. If you use Sign in with Apple, we only receive the user identifier provided by Apple and the name and email you choose to share. If you sign in with an email verification code, we use your email address to identify you and to send the one-time code.
• Student information: the student profiles you enter, including student names, contact details, course records and remaining lesson hours. This information is managed by you and used only for your scheduling and student management.
• Course data: your scheduling calendar, course arrangements, lesson records and lesson-hour statistics, used to provide core features such as scheduling, statistics and reminders.
• Device information: device model, operating system version and app version, used for compatibility adaptation and troubleshooting.
• Service logs: to keep the service stable and secure, we may record necessary operation logs (such as login times and error messages). The logs do not contain your specific course or student content.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information only for the following purposes:

• to provide and maintain core features such as the scheduling calendar, student management and lesson-hour statistics;
• to enable cloud synchronization and multi-device recovery of the data under your account;
• to send you lesson reminders and student lesson notifications (you can turn off notification permission at any time in system settings);
• to carry out anonymous, aggregated service data analysis for improving the product experience (without involving any personally identifiable information).

We do not use your information for commercial promotion or user profiling, and we do not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your authorization.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored encrypted on cloud servers and transmitted over encrypted channels, with automatic backup to prevent data loss. We have adopted reasonable technical and management measures, including access control, data encryption and security audits, to protect your information. Data is retained for the period during which you use the App and for the period required by applicable laws and regulations; after you delete your account or actively delete data, the corresponding data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our procedures.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions only when the corresponding feature is used, and you can turn them off at any time in system settings:

• Notification permission: used to send lesson reminders and student lesson notifications.
• Email sign-in: used to log in with a one-time verification code sent to your email address and to bind your account.
• Photo library permission: used to select images from your photo library to upload as student avatars and similar profile data.
• Calendar permission (optional): used to sync course arrangements to the system calendar.

5. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, the App may integrate the following third-party services, each of which follows its own privacy policy:

• Email delivery service (Tencent Cloud SES): when you log in with an email verification code, the email is delivered by Tencent Cloud SES; the service processes only your email address and the verification code content, and the related data processing follows Tencent Cloud's privacy policy. We use your email address only for login and account security.
• Cloud service providers: used for data storage and synchronization; the relevant providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our instructions.
• Message push service: used to send lesson reminder notifications; the push service only accesses the necessary push identifier and does not access your course content.
• Crash diagnostics (Tencent Bugly): used to collect crash logs and necessary device information (device model, system version, app version, and the runtime state at the time of the crash), solely to locate and fix crashes and improve stability, without your course or student content; the related data processing follows Tencent's Bugly SDK Privacy Protection Guidelines. This component is initialized and reports data only after you agree to this Policy.

We will not integrate any advertising SDK or undisclosed third-party data collection component.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for adult users such as coaches and teachers, and is not directed at children under 14 years of age. The student information you enter should be limited to teaching management purposes. If you are a guardian and believe that your child's personal information has been improperly processed, please contact us using the details below and we will assist in handling it properly.

7. Your Rights

You have full rights over your own data. You can at any time:

• view, edit or delete course and student data in the App;
• export a copy of your data for backup or migration;
• turn system permissions off or on;
• delete your account, after which we will delete or anonymize your relevant data.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the policy changes, we will publish an updated version on this page with the updated date noted. If a change involves a material adjustment such as how information is processed, we will notify you separately by means such as in-app prompts.
